Ed will be happy to know that Zac Efron, he of High School Musical fame, will be OK after being rushed to a Los Angeles hospital Wednesday for an emergency appendectomy.That means Efron, 20, will be able to continue filming High School Musical 3, which is slated for sometime later this year. Probably Halloween, since that's the reported theme of the unexplainable Disney hit. I know Ed is letting go one huge sigh of relief right about now.
Speaking of unexplainable hits, another Bring It On movie just went straight to DVD. Bring It On: In It To Win It, is the fourth of the cheerleader movie series. The first one, with Kirsten Dunst, is a hoot and a half -- the opening scene alone is worth the price of admission, I mean rental, I mean purchase price. The other two? Meh ...
