Worked out with a trainer today (you get two free sessions when you join Gold's Gym). All I can say is it's only early afternoon, I have yet to go to work, and I hurt.But it's a good hurt. And if I do what this guy did to me when I'm supposed to do it, I better look like Charles frigging Atlas.
