As a softball player, and somebody who likes to coach the bases when I'm either not up to bat, on the bases or in the game, this story hits home.Mike Coolbaugh, coaching first base for the Class AA Tulsa Drillers against my former home team Arkansas Travelers, died Sunday night in Little Rock when he was hit in the head by a line drive. He was only 35.
My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
